The Board of Directors of the LGBT Community Center of New Orleans is hosting a special meeting of the general members of the center. At this meeting the members will be voting on Amendments to the Center's Articles of Incorporation as well as adopting new Bylaws for the operation of the center. The new committees of the board will also be presenting a short synopsis of their goals for promoting the center. Refreshments will be served. The meeting is open to the general public and everyone is welcome to attend.

Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation
We encourage all members to attend in person if available. Any member not able to attend may assign a proxy to another member to vote on the member's behalf. A proxy form is available by clicking the following link:
Proxy forms may be submitted in person prior to or at the beginning of the meeting or via fax at (504) 945-1103.
Please keep in mind that the proxy must be assigned to another current member of the center and a member may not hold more than one proxy.
