LGBT Community Center of New Orleans' 2010 Weight Loss Challenge
Beginning January 10, 2010, the city of New Orleans will be involved in a special project in which this city has seen the likes of before. The LGBT Community Center of New Orleans is proud to sponsor the 2010 Weight Loss Challenge!
The LGBT Community Center of New Orleans has developed a contest that will promote the advancement of individual health throughout the Greater New Orleans Area.

The Board of Directors of the LGBT Community Center of New Orleans is hosting a special meeting of the general members of the center. At this meeting the members will be voting on Amendments to the Center's Articles of Incorporation as well as adopting new Bylaws for the operation of the center. The new committees of the board will also be presenting a short synopsis of their goals for promoting the center. Refreshments will be served. The meeting is open to the general public and everyone is welcome to attend.

New Orleans – The LGBT Community Center of New Orleans is joining with CenterLink: The Community of LGBT Centers, to celebrate the first annual LGBT Center Awareness Day. On Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 6:30 P.M., the LGBT Community Center of New Orleans will host a evening of socializing, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
